  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 1 tablespoon water (if using cornstarch)
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stir-frying for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch (if using). Add this mixture to the skillet and stir well to coat the vegetables.
  5. If using cornstarch, mix it with water in a separate bowl before adding to the stir-fry, then cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
