Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 1 tablespoon water (if using cornstarch)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stir-frying for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch (if using). Add this mixture to the skillet and stir well to coat the vegetables.
- If using cornstarch, mix it with water in a separate bowl before adding to the stir-fry, then cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
