- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, and all vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas) to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
