  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and all vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas) to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes
