Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Drain the pasta and mix it with the veggies.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
