Description

A hearty and comforting traditional tater tot casserole with ground beef.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag tater tots (32 oz)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef.
  4. Add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed vegetables to the beef. Stir well.
  5. Spread the beef mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Arrange the tater tots evenly on top of the cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
