A hearty and comforting traditional tater tot casserole with ground beef.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tater tots (32 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed vegetables to the beef. Stir well.
- Spread the beef mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange the tater tots evenly on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- You can add your favorite seasonings for extra flavor.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
