Description

A hearty tater tot casserole made with ground beef and green beans.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the drained green beans and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
  8. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey for ground beef.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like corn or peas.
  • For a spicy kick, add some diced jalapeños.
