Description
A hearty tater tot casserole made with ground beef and green beans.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the drained green beans and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for ground beef.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like corn or peas.
- For a spicy kick, add some diced jalapeños.
