A simple and quick recipe for cooking sweet potatoes in an Instant Pot.

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash the sweet potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the Instant Pot.
- Add 1 cup of water to the pot.
- Seal the lid and set the valve to ‘sealing’.
- Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Allow for a natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Remove the sweet potatoes, let them cool slightly, and serve.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the sweet potatoes.
- For softer sweet potatoes, increase cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
