Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes and peas, cook for another 3 minutes.
- Drain pasta and add to the pan.
- Toss everything together, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, topped with parmesan cheese.

- Use seasonal vegetables for best flavor.
- Can substitute spaghetti with any pasta type.
- For a vegan option, omit cheese.
