- 2 pounds pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Brush barbecue sauce on the ribs during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Remove ribs and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the ribs.
- Use your favorite barbecue sauce for extra flavor.
- For a smoky flavor, add a bit of liquid smoke to the spice mix.
