Ingredients

  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable oil and egg to the mixture.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Knead until smooth.
  5. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Shape dough into buns and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Let buns rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
