- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables
- 1 cup of cooked chicken
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add rice, oil, and salt to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and cover, simmer for 15 minutes.
- In a separate pan, sauté mixed vegetables until tender.
- Add cooked chicken to the vegetables and heat through.
- Fluff the rice and combine with the chicken and vegetables.
- Serve hot.
