Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the russet potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
