Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 100g fresh basil leaves
- 50g pine nuts
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100ml olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a blender, combine basil, pine nuts, Parmesan, and garlic.
- Blend while slowly adding olive oil until smooth.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- Add the pesto and mix well.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh basil for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of olive oil for desired consistency.
- Can add cherry tomatoes for extra color.
