Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and grated

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Grate the potatoes and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and dry the grated potatoes thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
