Ingredients

  • 12 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard powder.
  3. Add the cubed bread and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the diced ham and half of the cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Drizzle hollandaise sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
