Description

Crispy crab rangoon made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 oz crab meat
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrappers into triangles and seal edges with water.
  4. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange wontons in the basket without overlapping.
  6. Spray the tops of the wontons with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
  • Adjust crab quantity for more flavor.
