- 3 pounds corned beef brisket
- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Place the corned beef in the slow cooker.
- Add the broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Sprinkle mustard seeds, peppercorns, and bay leaves on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Remove meat and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with vegetables and broth.
