Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
- Add broccoli to the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest before slicing.
- Divide chicken and broccoli into meal prep containers with brown rice.

- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- You can substitute vegetables based on your preference.
- Make sure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
