- 2 cans (15 oz each) of kidney beans, drained

- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups of cooked rice
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and garlic, cook until soft.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over cooked rice.
