Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

- Steam or boil the broccoli until tender.
- Once cooked, slice the chicken into pieces.
- Divide the rice, chicken, and broccoli into meal prep containers.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
