Crispy and flavorful Brussels sprouts made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when they are golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller sprouts.
- For extra flavor, add Parmesan cheese after cooking.
