Instructions
- Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the broth.
- Add sliced mushrooms and bok choy to the pot.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Drain the ramen noodles and divide them into bowls.
- Pour the broth and vegetables over the noodles.
- Top with sliced boiled egg and green onions.
