- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef or chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Cook the ground meat in a skillet until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- Spray the tortillas lightly with cooking spray.
- Fill each tortilla with meat and cheese.
- Fold the tortillas and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.

- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- For a vegetarian option, use black beans or lentils.
