- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Add mixed vegetables around the chicken.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice and serve.
