Description

Crispy and sweet churros made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in flour and salt until combined.
  4. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then mix in eggs one at a time.
  5. Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  6. Pipe churros into the air fryer basket in desired lengths.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll churros in the mixture.
